If Only Politicians Had Brains

£5.00

What can you do when the decisions of those in ‘power’ purporting to serve you, and the greater good, fail miserably. They are unaccountable for their irresponsibility and the facts need to be made public. And here they are – the facts. When you conclude your reading of this catalogue of blunders to make one wonder, the author hopes that you will detect little malice or hot headed rhetoric. FACTS ARE JUST THAT – FACTS.

Description

What can you do when the decisions of those in ‘power’ purporting to serve you, and the greater good, fail miserably. They are unaccountable for their irresponsibility and the facts need to be made public. And here they are – the facts. When you conclude your reading of this catalogue of blunders to make one wonder, the author hopes that you will detect little malice or hot headed rhetoric. FACTS ARE JUST THAT – FACTS.

If Only Politicians Had Brains is your reassurance that your observations are not only accurate but valid. Your frustrations are not just yours but belong to a wider community. Indeed you, potential reader, are in close communion in your thinking with the vast majority of right thinking individuals.

This book is being relaunched unabridged and unaltered, in hardback form for longevity, in order that you, the reader can take the examples of the turn of the century, when the Millennium Bug was going to bring the known world to an untimely end and BSE was the eraser of mankind, and establish Fact or Myth. We might do the same for Climate Change over the next decade or so.

Hindsight has a habit of discerning the difference between good and bad judgement and humanity’s inability to be guided by it. Enjoy a mildly frivolous but enduring factual visit to a catalogue of ineptitude.

I thought this was just a hot-headed Financial adviser blowing off steam. It was only when I read the last chapter that I finally realised the common-sense, logic, and need to share, without malice, that has been achieved through this excellent expose.

Variable CJD, in 1999, was going to kill 10,000 people or more because they had eaten beef. I am pleased to note, as your book predicted, that in the last 20 years very few, just 178, people have succumbed to this awful illness. 4 million cattle weren’t so lucky. Thank you for exposing this travesty along with the ‘salmonella scare’ and ‘financial services regulatory’ farce.
